HomeLoan Financial

What we do

We are a Hawaii based lender specializing in home loans. By being a lender and not a broker, we retain control over the loan process from start to finish. We do Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA loans and we love working with first-time homebuyers.

How we do it

By combining our personal communication skills & leveraging technology we provide homeowners & potential homebuyers a unique level of educational resources to help simplify the mortgage financing process.

We believe

  • No one likes the “Hard Sell”. High pressure sales tactics & boiler room antics have no place within our company. We are consumers as well and we despise pushy sales people.
  • The best marketing adds value. Traditional marketing interrupts. We earn our customers attention by providing something useful.
  • Home loans need to be simplified. Unfamiliar process + overwhelming mortgage terminology + fine print = A cloudy picture. We know whats really important in a mortgage transaction & our goal is to present it as completely yet simply as possible.
  • Our customers are smart. Nobody knows our customers better than themselves. Our job is to educate and empower them. Given the right information, they will chose the best option.
  • We are a service company first. Great customer service is what drives our business – not glitzy marketing campaigns and uninformative advertising.
  • Results speak for themselves: There are many ways to define a company’s success. We judge ours by our customer satisfaction.
  • We are all connected. In the end, we are all part of the same community. A positive impression we leave with our customers promotes goodwill that we all benefit from.
